About Rydal Hall
Rydal Hall is a 200-year-old Grade II listed house, located in the centre of the English Lake District, a very beautiful rural area of mountains, lakes and forests. Rydal Hall enjoys outstanding views towards Windermere, and provides an excellent base for walking, climbing and other outdoor activities. Here, in one of the most strikingly beautiful areas of England, is an ideal place to find renewal and refreshment for body, mind and spirit. Rydal Hall has gardens, woodland and fields in which there are 14 campsites, a bunkhouse, and B&B facilities. Camping facilities include toilet blocks, hot & cold water, washing-up facilities and a coin-operated laundry. The Bishop Bully Barn has been converted from a Westmorland Bank Barn. It has a large stage area, a gallery and main hall, and kitchen and toilet facilities. Lectures and social events will take place in the Barn. |
